Mixed feelings about seeing a self-proclaimed sports doc at Kaiser. Again, there is no real Dx of the inflammation of my ankle. New Rx for voltaren and instructions to never go barefoot, ice and elevate X2 every day, do these exercises.
It's the 2nd one that is making me the most grouchy. I hate shoes. That is all.

@wolfwoman I'm the weird freak on the internet that is going to suggest beginner ballet or pool ankle exercises.

I strongly recommend the beginner ballet it'll strengthen everything and will fix the ankle after about 6 weeks.

@wolfwoman It will hurt but ballet hits all the neglected tendons, ligaments that everyday PT just can't.
