@Polarsprite I've been active about a week, though I signed up several months ago. I'm starting to get the basics and am playing around with filters etc. Just keep clicking - nothing explodes and you find interesting stuff.
@JimmyJoAndTheMojo my understanding is that favorite is akin to like and boost is akin to share.
@weirdfizz I've tried repeatedly to take Lantana indoors for winter but it always just wilts and dies. what's the trick to keeping it alive?
@fatslothslim I just clicked on the image on your post. Right clicked on it and had the option to save the image, copy it or copy the link. Just like anywhere else. I copied and pasted below from yours.
@Chickadee I haven't gotten that far yet. Will let you know when I find that feature.
@Chickadee If you want to "follow" someone you see posting just click on their picture and they will come up in a new column. You can then click follow.
If you mean "favorite", that's comparable to a "like" on Twitter. You can favorite a post by clicking on the star.
Hope that helps
At the biggest trucking show in the world, held in Germany last month, the exhibition was dominated by electric trucks. Scepticism about the future of battery long-distance freight is gone. @Snipticker Thanks! Perfect
I signed up for counter Social in 2019 but let this account idle since then. Now I'm looking to avoid the drama of Twitter while still keeping up with fast breaking news. Bear with me as I figure out another social media site - never too old to learn something new! But I am old and a bit slower than before. thanks J.!.
@Stonekettle We’ll follow you anywhere. Can’t believe I just said that.
