Can't get rid of Dark Mode here, even with a Chrome browser extension.
500 character limit is nice.

@poemblaze @DrStevenHobbs @MrGoat
No joy.
Screenshot is of @MrGoat's page overlaid w/ my settings, set as instructed.
There's no change to CoSo's dark mode w/ this ext.

Dark Mode causes me eye discomfort, lingering after images and, if continued long enough, headaches.

I'd really like a nice, plain, black text on a white background,, like in books, every book ever.

I appreciate the responses I'm getting, this is a far different experience from the one I recall from my bird beginnings.

@ReflectShade @poemblaze @DrStevenHobbs I just boosted how to get this look. I'm using Brave browser btw. Shields off for coso domain.

@ReflectShade hmm, I just tried using that extension and it doesn't seem to work very well. would be nice if there was some kind of select a color and invert it functionality.
However, being a dark mode lover. that plugin works great.

@ReflectShade I think that's the default. I'm still learning, too.

I can't find it in settings...I really prefer dark mode though.
So much easier on my ADDled brain.

Kinda wish this setting worked though...

@SkullBeard @ReflectShade I've used a colourized version of pre-cog in my lecture material. It also helps those with dyslexia. Students are in charge of whether they use it or not, just in case they are colour-blind or if it's distracting.

@DrStevenHobbs @ReflectShade

Kinda wish this was an option in Kindle...I might read more often...
