@LiberalLibrarian It's amazing how often there's no real identifiable cause for physical problems.
As one of my doctors said, "we PRACTICE medicine." There's so much no one understands - especially on the non-dire stuff that doesn't get research funding, for obvious reasons.
P.S. All the usual caveats about polls apply. But this is a very mainstream pollster sampling for a right-leaning outlet, and the margins are big enough to be persuasive (unlike most horserace polls).
Wow. Some pretty dire numbers here for #Trump. Per Politico's poll, his "weaponization" narrative is a flat failure beyond the R base. A strong majority see DOJ as fair, and a majority know that TFG himself tried to use the DOJ against political opponents.
The numbers with independents are particularly striking, but also note that third or so of Rs who are not happy with the worship of a criminal.

A conman, but not a good one (except to the cultists determined to be conned).

@SentinelOfTruth Fundamentally, yes. A third of the country (or so) is totally committed to a fascist cult. We outnumber them, and will have to defeat them. We won't win them over. Generational change will likely help shrink their size. But they're not going to change.

But as is often the case, they're spinning the unspinnable, except for the base that will believe anything he says anyway. And he looks ludicrous to anyone that doesn't already think he's superhuman.

No, that look means he's a cartoon villain who can't handle reality.
Bolton, who started telling the truth about TFG after it directly mattered, is of course right. TFG planned this look because he thinks it helps him achieve power.
He's right about the base. And the Rs again have no concept of appealing to anyone beyond the base.

But it's too late for that. Even if he vanished tomorrow, the R party is locked in to the worship of those like him.
So this one is clearly real.
No doubt he thinks he looks terrifying and that all will bow before him - his perpetual strongman dictator fantasy.
In fact he looks terrified, and trying desperately not to. Terrified and consumed with infant rage that the fate that would befall anyone else in his place is actually befalling him.
@Rustbelt_Dem Yes, multiple media outlets have it, and they clearly got it from the courthouse. I think it can be taken as real.
