Arthur is one of our newest arrivals. He is super skinny and his long fur was terribly matted (he's been shorn).
Thankfully he has no medical issues that made him skinny, so has probably just been on the streets a while and struggling for food.
He does have a very sore mouth, which wouldn't have been helping him eat, so will need a major dental ASAP.

The cost of servers, bandwidth, disks, backup and development aren't currently met by the subscriptions (CoSoPro).
The costs have increased a lot the last weeks due to the massive amount of new users joining CoSo.
