Working onsite once a week makes me realize I miss the outdoors at sunrise. When I work from home, since clock in is at 6am, sunrise is spent already hunched over my workstation. @tyghebright So some headhunters now basically want to trim or pad the puzzle pieces to fit instead of finding the pieces that do fit within the companies. Don't they get like minus points if they recommend people who are not a good fit for the business.
