Glenn Kirschner noted the recent bomb threats in Springfield, which are suspected to have stemmed from Trump's attacks on Haitian immigrants and have led to school closures for multiple days. "The law provides that a defendant who is on pre-trial release in a criminal case, if he poses a danger to society or even one person in society, he should be revoked on release and detained pending trial," Kirschner said.
