So the lady above me left the water running in her bathtub and I have a mess and my favorite boots got ruined 🙁 This has happened several times but damage never went beyond my bathroom before. So sad that she is getting more and more forgetful. I’ll miss my boots but I can get others. She can’t get a new mind. #seniorproblems
My mother had Alzheimer's. In the earlier stages we could put up notes to help her remember. Later on, that didn't work out so well.
Do you think she'd be agreeable to adding an overflow alarm to her bathroom? This one is loud enough you'd probably hear it go off, and could take appropriate action to protect your items.

@Agatha my parents both had dementia. At the same time. I’m sorry about your mom.
@PhillyBella @Agatha Yes, sorry about your mom. My mom developed dementia first, but a few years later dad got it, so their cases overlapped.
