This is why you shouldn’t be able to buy your child into a university. This entire rambling response just makes the Wharton Business school look bad.

Problems I've had since new management took over the place
1. No ac for 1.5 months
2. No washer machine for 1 month
3. Locked out from my own balcony for nearly 3 months
4. Bathtub not draining 5 months
5. Countertop peeling requested to be fixed in 2022, never fixed
6. Put in a request for Ethernet outlet to work, dude came out in 2023, couldn't fix it, forgotten
7. Put in a request for my leaky fridge in August, no updates, it's been forgotten, I put a bowl under it to catch the water

8. COVID money from the state for rent, took 6 months to be applied because the previous employer left and no one forwarded her email.

I don't have a problem with things taking time but they never communicate. I spend a lot of time calling, leaving voicemails, waiting, calling back, driving to the office on my lunch break or early morning to get updates. I keep a SD card of all receipts and docs and recorded phone calls bc they never keep up!

Aw, Rosalynn Carter. Though it is refreshing to feel a good strong life full of love and meaning got a decently lengthy time to grace those around her. Much respect and peace to the Carters, friends and family. #RIP
