I heard some rumblings through a few news outlets suggesting that the supreme court is looking at possibly reviewing the marriage equality at. I want out of this country.. our judicial system is fucked and equality is a talking point for both sides that I am so damned tired of seeing dismantled. #Noconfidence
@PaganMother My niece and her wife married six years ago and have been fanatical about protecting their rights. My niece is about to give birth to her second child and her wife will formally adopt him as she did his older sister in case their marriage is not recognized in other states. They have also laid out all manner of legal provisions to be able to serve as each other’s medical proxies and much more. This country sucks. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are not guaranteed.
