1pkg preferred pasta
Zest of 3 lemons
Lemon juice for finishing
2tbsp minced garlic
4tbsp butter
1tsp italian seasoning
~1c shredded parmesan
Salt to taste.

Boil pasta just shy of al dente. Reserve 1-2c pasta water, then drain. Add lemon zest, garlic, and butter to the pan, whisk over medium heat until steaming then slowly add pasta water and parmesan and whisk until emulsified. Add noodles. Add juice. Cook to desired doneness, add pasta water as needed. Top with parmesan. Enjoy.
