4. All climate laws will be repealed
5. No help (vaccines and money) for the next pandemic (and there will be one)
6. Abortion will be illegal again
7. LGBTQ+ rights will be eliminated
8. Christian nationalism will be pushed

It's not, it's more like a bare knuckle fight on one side and padded gloves on he other.
One thing that should be obvious to most by now is that modern day conservatives do not believe in, or adhere to, social norms (except in theory the ones they set.) They don't believe existing laws apply (or should apply) to them, only to you. TFG's whole life has shown him that is mostly true.
Believing that they adhere to social norms has led to the hoi polloi thinking that it's politics as usual just like the tragedy/comedy theatre mask of old.
