ExxonMobil's private research predicted how burning fossil fuels would warm the planet but the company publicly denied the link, they suggest.

We all know (or should) about how Exxon buried their carbon research for decades but recently it has come to light that there was a cabal of energy executives who conspired together to thwart any meaningful action on carbon pollution. These people were quite OK with killing future generations so long as next quarter's profits increased.
