@gshevlin damn jerk! I only had issues with three voters out of thousands in four elections that I worked the polls.
All three were racist GOPers from out of State. The procedure is to explain that CA does not care about or count ballots filled out by nonCalifornians. If they insist you don’t argue just give them a ballot that will be shredded. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
