Dinner is well on the way to done. Smells so good! Porcupine meatballs, basically stuffed peppers without stuffing the peppers. One of the first recipes I learned.

Sarg, our cafeteria cook in middle school, made it at least once a month. When I got my own kitchen I started making my version of his recipe. This time on the stovetop versus oven and with ground turkey.
