Dinner is well on the way to done. Smells so good! Porcupine meatballs, basically stuffed peppers without stuffing the peppers. One of the first recipes I learned.
Sarg, our cafeteria cook in middle school, made it at least once a month. When I got my own kitchen I started making my version of his recipe. This time on the stovetop versus oven and with ground turkey. #WhatsForDinner
@mims yep, probably really similar. I’ve seen recipes for stuffed pepper soup that I’m going to have to try. Yum!
@NorCalCherylLyn Sounds great! We have unstuffed peppers lots and they seem a lot like your recipe I think! So flavorful!
