Good morning groovy souls!

I got some solid sleep last night which was sorely needed.

This morning, there has been much time with my buddies talking and sharing. It's been an overall wonderful time.

Things are continuing to evolve, and now I'll be making a trip to Canada to move a friend on the 3rd (I was supposed to be there now but it got cancelled)

Life continues to be full of surprises!

I did a 5.40 mile run. It was so beautiful out there! So much joy!

I have had a very slow morning due to the joy of being able to sit and talk with my spirit family. It is a joy to be visiting with my Editor in Chief and their partner.

Between meditation and breakfast have been long spans of conversation and the sharing of time.

There is no better reason that I can currently conceive of for being off schedule. Moments are precious things.

From this mornings journal:

Mindfulness in all things. Practice in all things. I'm understanding that principle more and more. What I do, what I say, I manifest in my life. When I bow and remind myself of the sacred, it becomes more present in my mind. There is no magic in this, I think it is natural. What you pay attention to you begin to notice more.

That I have made it a priority, means I'm paying more attention. Which leads me to cherish what is precious more.

@LaurelGreen Hello new buddy! Thank you for traveling with me a while.

There is excitement, though, as I depart. I am eager to move on to the next phase of this journey. I go to visit my Editor in Chief, then I leave to visit @Vozy on Sunday.

After that I will help a friend pack for a cross country move and then return home.

I am looking forward to those next opportunities, and others on the far horizon. There is the possibility of Spokane in July, Texas in August, and then we will see where I am sent next ^_^

Today I leave Newport News around noon

The journey goes on. I look back with joy over my time here. I am happy I could be of help, and I feel I've grown from it

Leaving though always comes with some melancholy and a touch of concern for my friend, but it is time for him to be on his own again. He's healthier, and in a place of stability. This is the best possible result

The journey never ends, nothing is ever static, it is time to move on
