I've spent the last 3 hours writing out plans and plots for First Tier Sorcery. I'm 73k words into the manuscript already but I know its got flaws, and now I know how to fix it!

Back from my run! It was a shorter one my HRV said to take it easy so I went 4 miles but it was quite tough. I was right up against the wall.

Those parasympathetic stress readings seem to be quite prescient.
