But I need to... Progress comes most when motivation is at its least.

Philosophical question that I'm mulling over in my brain.

This morning while I was sweeping, I noticed a tiny ant. At first I thought it was a flea.

I swept it up into the dust bin, and then realized it was a small ant.

The question I'm trying to decide at the moment is, did I violate my daily vow to treat all beings with compassion?

It still lived, I was gentle with emptying the dustbin and saw it moving on a paper towel...

I think about things like this, often.

Today promises to be a bit of a quieter day after turbulence of the last five. For the first time in months I don't have anything going up on Royal Road, either, as Second Tier Sorcery has reached it's conclusion, yesterday!

I'm currently wrestling with what to post next there and taking a moment to breathe before launching into next projects.

Those moments of pause we find are as valuable as moments of high activity. There's a reason the heart pauses between beats.

It has been a beautiful day full of joys, but I am soon to rest. I have been going for a while.

Good morning groovy souls! I've been going since 0315, got my buddy to the airport, got a good workout, everything is on the bounce!

I made a driving error. No one was hurt nor was I ticketed but it shook me hard. I work very hard to be safe but I misinterpreted the signal. Praise the Gods it was just a mistake and not an accident.

It cost a little more but I switched my rental car return to Baltimore tomorrow, so I didn't have to drive back to Newport News today.

Totally rad! Now I have the day to work, and get caught up on job stuff, after getting mybuddy packed up for flight tomorrow.

She's going to leave her car with me so wheels have been acquired!

There is great joy in being able to sleep enough. I am better rested than I was yesterday.

It is going to be a busy weekend. Today I return to Newport News, and Tomorrow, I go to Baltimore to put my friend that I came here to help, on a flight.

Busy times to be certain, but there is peace to be found in each moment, be it cacophonous or quiet.
