@p3R1n01D @Ironworker229 the secret is to press your tofu with a tofu press or wrap it in a towel and sandwich it between plates and then put weight on it. It’s a sponge so it makes room for the marinade and flavor, as well as texture enhancement

@p3R1n01D @Ironworker229 Cut the tofu brick in two horizontal so you have two thinner chunks, press it out for at least 15 minutes. Add some salt, then 400 degrees for 15 minutes flip it, then 15 more minutes then let it cool and cut it into cubes.

Very easy.

85 grams of Tofu will get hot in the microwave in about 45 seconds.

@p3R1n01D @Ironworker229 I make salted tofu in the oven a few days a week. Pull it out, weigh out 85 grams, add 85 grams of carrots and 50 of spring mix, shake it up and eat it and thats dinner 99% of the time, or an apple, and some bread with it for lunch.

No muss no fuss.

@BosmangBeratna @MLClark like I’ve done mind control but I’ll do it on mass to represent Fascist thinking and the assimilation and annhilation of culture or as a way of showing how abusive relationships can be normalized for those involved.

@BosmangBeratna @MLClark the story in working on now, the characters are identified as chosen ones and that’s precisely the problem. The God that chose them has nefarious purposes currently hidden.

I like to play with tropes and come at them from new angles as well as bust tropes or purposefully violate them.
