@p3R1n01D @Ironworker229 I make salted tofu in the oven a few days a week. Pull it out, weigh out 85 grams, add 85 grams of carrots and 50 of spring mix, shake it up and eat it and thats dinner 99% of the time, or an apple, and some bread with it for lunch.
No muss no fuss.

@p3R1n01D @Ironworker229 the secret is to press your tofu with a tofu press or wrap it in a towel and sandwich it between plates and then put weight on it. It’s a sponge so it makes room for the marinade and flavor, as well as texture enhancement
