Good morning groovy souls!

I've had a quick 5k run, and am feeling on the bounce!

A happy Memorial Day to all of my fellow Americans, and a happy Monday to all others besides.

May we honor the sacrifice of all those that have gone before, by working to forge a permanent peace in our time, and in all generations that will come.

May the Gods help us. May we come to love each other as much as we love ourselves.

@LlamaMountainStudioArts I am, at heart, a wild thing. I sleep on the floor, and in the dirt, have made my home in barns, tents and abandoned trailers.

You are one of the first connections I made on Coso, so my journey to see you tomorrow fills me with great joy. It does not matter to me the condition of your buildings or how well manicured the grounds. All of the hospitality I will need will come in being able to greet you and meet in person someone whose friendship means much to me.

@janallmac @BosmangBeratna I think it probably does. He burned in an owl to represent wisdom. Brother Bosmang is most kind, and welcoming.

The outpouring of general welcome and love that I've gotten on this trip is one of the most overwhelming and beautiful experiences of my life, and I can say that with complete authenticity

I miss my family in Castle Rock but I still feel like I'm home at the same time. @Vozy and @BosmangBeratna are amazing. ANd soon I'll be seeing @LlamaMountainStudioArts

Did you know that @BosmangBeratna is a master wood worker?

He made this for me out of olive wood and white oak. It's going to make an excellent travel altar, and will be able to travel safely in my luggage. Well worth the couple pounds. ^_^

People have shown me such kindness. It is truly overwhelming.

It is joy to be able to send you all greetings and warm wishes of a happy Sunday!

I am feeling pretty fatigued and worn down this morning, but today is a rest day.

Sangha is soon, breakfast, and coffee, and warm hugs from spirit family.

There are a myriad of blessings in each moment, down to the simple act of being present, my dear friends.

May we be cognizant of each and everyone, and thus amplify ours and others joy!

I am back with @Vozy after a wonderful visit with @BosmangBeratna

I'm already looking forward to our next visit. It was a wonderful day of great food, even better company, and all the joy of family reunited.

The drive home was beautiful, and there was more spirit family waiting when I returned.

Good morning groovy souls! I had a glorious run this morning of a little more than 4 miles making my way along a canal and flour silo.

It’s been a glorious visit. Today I return to New York to see @Vozy . There is so much joy in this time.

Onward, toward the dawn!

Honestly my fellow cosonauts, I’ve had my joy on blast here but I mean it honestly when I say I think I’ve found a happiness these last few months I’ve never known before. I feel profoundly blessed to have so much and I want to help doing what I can to share it all. Service IS the path.

Being able to help and show up for people is joy.

@BosmangBeratna it’s much the same with @Vozy I’ve had this amazing welcome and immediate connection as found family. It’s such a profound and amazing blessing to be a part of Coso!

@BosmangBeratna was a chef for 11 years and he made this amazing vegan pizza out of the kindness of his heart. I am well fed physically and spiritually. While he cooked I volunteered to wash dishes and just chat.

This moment is a joyful and perfect moment!

@MLClark @BosmangBeratna it’s a true joy to be here. I have so many reasons for gratitude and to be present in the moment. I am just overwhelmed with how awesome this all is!
