#Run stats!
It was a solid run, and a good hour. I had to get past a mental barrier but things worked out.
Not my fastest, but not my slowest either. I am hoping to do even more tomorrow adding weights and elptical at the gym.
After that I swept and mopped the house, starting to get things cleaned and set into order.
It's the first steps. On March 6th I'm leaving to help a friend in Texas, and then Seattle before returning at the end of the month, but I'm getting things started.
Good morning groovy souls!
Woke up, and found out from my partner that the truck needs maintenance. It's routine, and can be handled tomorrow but that means no gym tonight.
However, I am on the bounce, on schedule, and will do a run here on the treadmill instead, and be at the gym... tomorrow!
It's always a day away. ^_^
Adapt, overcome, thrive! Today no matter where I find myself, is a day I can spend taking steps towards my goals.

Good morning groovy souls!
I am back on schedule and managed to sleep for 8 solid hours.
It's the first step back to my normal routine. It's been a strangely long road from December, but things are coming around again.
I'm going to get a run in, and spend the next few days getting sorted.
Back to the gym on Monday!
#run stats!
First day back on treadmill, Im all over the place with my schedule and it encourages me towards malaise.
Discipline over desire. My congestion flared, my chest was heavy, but I knew I could keep going, so I kept going.
It never seems to track my steps right on these runs but I think that's because I have a habit of tucking my left arm up by my ribs which distorts the watch trackers.
Onward, towards the dawn!
