I just made myself kinda sad. I looked up one of my favorite bands on Youtube and realized they haven't posted anything new in 6 years...
Good morning groovy souls!
Today is going to be a rest day. I've had two days of hard workouts, and I woke up feeling pretty sore and fatigued.
I'm learning its better to listen than push through. I'm going to use the time to get the next chapters out on Royal Road, and do a little walking, I think.
There are many ways to make progress, and sometimes that means showing patience. You are not failing because you are being kind to yourself.

#Gym Stats!
I was hitting the wall pretty hard on the treadmill run, but still managed pretty well. I forgot to hit the resume when I took a brief pause and that knocked about 7 minutes off the time, so I averaged a 10 minute mile...
The wall hit me even harder on the elliptical and instead of pushing it, it felt like it was better to call it to make certain I can keep going tomorrow.
I'm back to it though, and making solid progress.
