Morning gym post is go!

Leg day. I used the Hack squat machine for the first time and I like it! It feels a lot safer than doing the normal free weight squat and everything from my lower back down is sore.

Otherwise a solid session, my cardio is coming back, and I'm facing a difficult decision as to, do I want to start running again?

I love to run... I'm a long distance runner, but I keep getting hurt and I'm tired of that.

It's so weird. The whole day feels kinda slow, like its going to last forever, until I get past noon when I have dinner, then it feels like the day went by in a blink.

My normal bedtime is an 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I think I'm going to be ready for it.

Ori and the Blind Forest is a tough but amazing game.

The music is equally on point.
