@NiveusLepus Becca, I've seen you use that twice today. What does it mean besides "that sucks?"
@Lindy It's my home brew expletive, taken from a Monty Python Comedy record, and later the name of a band in the 90s.
It's a great catch all and way to exclaim without swearing.
I am a great fan of nonstandard phrasing and archaic slang. Language is fun, and I prefer to use it like a go kart, to zip about and be a bit wild. ^_^
@NiveusLepus I enjoy that too.
@Lindy Bang up the Elephant was a victorian slang term that meant "perfect"
I think if we can bring it back it would truly bang up the elephant.
@NiveusLepus Republicans might misunderstand.
@Lindy This seems to be a thing they do as a matter of course.
@NiveusLepus I suppose I should have said, "Bang up the Elephant! Well Said!"
@Lindy It's just a passing fad, but its a good one. ^_^
@NiveusLepus Oh, my. Well said!
