For the last couple of weeks, I seem to be EASILY triggered by anyone's anger, harsh words etc. Being triggered by these things are normal for me but my reaction is usually mild. Not lately! I'm telling myself it's all part of my increased awareness of my emotions which is good, but damn, it's getting pretty intense.
I've been hiding in *your* books recently, and loving them! ❤️
