This one, https://goodcalculators.com/skid-speed-calculator/, shows a 20' skid on dry level asphalt is made at just under 19 MPH. As for the speed, that's less scientific. 50 MPH is 73.42 ft/sec. He'd have to cover 360 ft in 4.9 seconds. The fastest human 100 meter dash (328.084 ft) is 9.58 seconds. Yeah, I'd say it's possible.
