I understand how challenging it can be, especially for larger families, to figure out where to go and how to navigate through these difficult times. However, please don't leave your pets behind. It breaks my heart to see animals left alone or, even worse, tied up and abandoned.😔

On the plane home today, the woman next to me was moving in her seat and nudged me twice. She then apologized. I said no worries. I went to Catholic school and the touching there was way worse.

Before I get out of the car, I make sure I have my keys. Open the door, press LOCK. Shut the door. Then I pull the handle to make sure it's locked.
