I think this approach might backfire, of the intention is to diminish Congressional support for Ukraine however. I think it gives the "moderates" in the Republican House and Senate all the bonking sticks they need to bring the Qrackers caucus into line. But that's just my opinion.

@sfleetucker it really depends upon so many individual factors, if you have a plan for investing a large sum, if might not outlive the 20 years of annuities, etc. It gives some comfort that my trust might carry me through my "golden years" though.
