@tyghebright there are days when I think I should not only get an apron, but also a bib.

😆😂🤣

@michaelredmond

I am so glad the ACLU has gone on full attack against this move to fascism, and I am glad to be a member.

They have already gotten a restraining order against certain action by the .

Good idea! Anyone who is new to CoSoPRO:

If you, like me, access CoSo via an iPad, you may have trouble accessing the news channels.

First, be sure you are requesting the desktop site in your browser (I use DuckDuckGo for its privacy protections, but the site also works well in Chrome).

Generally, viewing CoSo is nicer in landscape mode, but to view the channel selections, rotate your iPad to portrait mode. You will find the channels in the far left column.

@Synical welcome! I came here for exactly that reason. It’s a growing site and the conversation is enjoyable.

@th3j35t3r the site does seem to work better in chrome. Thanks for the tip.

@th3j35t3r OK, I figured it out. In order to get the TV channels to show up above the COSOCOM streaming banner, I have to rotate my iPad to book mode rather than landscape mode. That adds the needed space for the icons.

@yogapaddlerun no, I use DuckDuckGo. I will try Safari next. Zoomed out as far as it will go in DuckDuckGo and the COSOCOM is there, but not the channels.

@dratino @th3j35t3r

So, I usually use the DuckDuckGo browser. Perhaps that is the problem. I have it zoomed out as far as it goes.

@th3j35t3r yes. Big difference. Yours has channels. Mine doesn’t. 😂

@th3j35t3r I am on my iPad and using the desktop site. It is a little wonky atm and the tv channels aren’t showing. Will fiddle with it and try re-logging again.

I tried logging out and back in again. No 401 error this time. But still cannot log into my pro dashboard.

Very noob question from an old cat lady, so please bear with me.

I just went to a pro account. Logged out and back in. Had a 401 error, but made it back ok.

Tried to go to COSO Pro and it says I have an invalid password... but I am HERE, so my password obviously works.

I was able to look through the movies in COSO On Demand.

Where do I find the news channels? And how do I get into the Pro link?

Thanks!

@evistre Voting in a massive landslide is the way to deal with them. It cannot even be close, not this year. We can do this!

@th3j35t3r My preferred way to use social media is on my iPad. The desktop version is better, but kinda tiny.

I may have to get a bigger iPad.

😏

@Gramdma2011 that is heat exhaustion. Was good to get cooled down and rehydrated quickly.
