@StephanieResists The whole concept is a FAIL, you take the child away for... lack of money...then PAY someone else to RAISE them!!!??? What kind of logic is that? IF you are to pay someone else to raise them why not just pay the birth parents!

The parents are fodder for the for-profit prison system that is always searching for new bodies to sustain its profits.
The children will go to a family that can control what they're taught. As a bonus, depending on the quality of the foster care, they could also be set up to feed the school to prison pipeline.

The good news is, the article is from 2019 and the school walked that back. No doubt due to the negative publicity.
