Flipside: faith/religion can sometimes *help* us to do the respecting nature, awe and wonder thing too. It has done that for me. We're none of us perfect, but when one group insists that they are the arbiters of goodness or morals as religions are often wont to do, we have a big problem.
Sweet snoozes, but the soft click of the photo disturbs sleep.

Ms. Bea the ancient boxing bun went for a little bunny jaunt today to sample the front yard clover.
My next knitting project is my first adult sweater with which I will need some assistance, so I started a DK-weight scarf for my daughter with two fingering strands that I can work on between having an iss ue and getting an answer.
The green is less yellow and more green than it appears.
Why am I showing garbage on my front porch?
Because when my family of 4 has twice as much recycle (white bags) as garbage (black bag) each week, I am happy.
We have to haul our own garbage to the dump, and can't use outside cans once the bears wake up.
