Good morning!
It's 28 F so rain this morning could be the freezing variety. Cloudy today, high 60 F.
Thursday is volunteer morning at the library; lots of projects being worked on.
Choose to have a great day.
Daily weather and some news from the ancient Blue Ridge.

Today's is Les Brown's Band of Renown with Doris Day, "The celery stalks at midnight" from 1941.
Reminds me of a book series daughter #1 enjoyed -- Bunnicula. IYKYK.
Enjoy this punny song!

Evidence based nurse here. And avid reader.
This is both terrifying and ridiculous.

"We are the champions OF THE WORLD!"
Love singing bun.

Good morning, @Madken65
A good day for golf here. I don't play, though.
I have NSA visitors to my library today. Thankfully there's no classified material left, but lots of cryptographic material they want.
Have a wonderful day!

Good morning, @MisterE
Got NSA visitors to my library today. Interesting!
Have a great day.

@Minholkin
Good morning, Min. May it be a wonderful day for you, full of beauty and kindness.

Good Wednesday morning!
It's 25 F with a partly sunny high of 55 F. More clouds moving in with rain on Friday.
NSA folks coming to visit the library today.
Make it a great midweek, nauts!
That's the weather and news from the ancient Blue Ridge.

I am making two traditional spring candy replicas in crochet.

First is done - a "Peep" bunny.

Second in process - a chocolate bunny.

Personally, I think Peep chicks would be more traditional, but I tried one and it looked like a misshapen pile of poo, so I went ahead with the bunny. It's about a foot tall and made with "Hygge" oversized yarn.

I see Lucy the Lab gnawing on something in the yard as I get home from work. Since I have dealt with all sorts of deer parts the last few weeks, I tell my hubby, "Your dog is chewing on something."
It's a bear paw. Geez Louise, she will be dragging home stuff that might not fit in our garbage can.

Good morning, CoSo -

Outside, it's raining camellia blooms everywhere in the vicinity of the shrubs.

This photo looks staged, but it isn't.

Have a great day!

Today's which should get us flying is Charlie Barnet's "Skyliner," from 1955. I don't know if it's connected to the Martin 4-0-4 Skyliner, which flew from 1950-1961 (mostly by Eastern and TWA, how many of us recall those airlines?).
Enjoy!

It was certainly a treat this past weekend to have Will Roberts, who portrayed Gen. George Marshall in Oppenheimer, visit the . We poured over Marshall papers & Leslie Grove's Trinity scrapbook, & enjoyed a special showing of of the movie.
