Looks like an innovative way to lower student debt costs or eliminate them for most people. It gets around the Republicans trashing biden's student loan forgiveness. First I have seen of this. It needs to get wider attention.

Very unfortunately it does not cover PLUS loans that so many parents took out for the students, because stydent-available loans didn't cover in-state schooling.

Well, maybe he'll be able to take a stab at that later. He seems to be dedicated to trying to get things done given the constraints that he has.
