THIS IS FROM 2012 When GOP Ryan was peddling Hope and Change...

I was struck last night by the lack of specificity from my friend Ryan over his plan for America...

Kinda reminded me of him wanting to have me believe he will look out for me...

As much as the republicos don't like hope and change, seems to me that is what they want me to believe in HOPE AND CHANGE...

Could I hear some specifics from them at some point in this campaign?

Everyone always talks about Jagger's showmanship but, let me tell ya, Rod Stewart could solid put on a show also.

1975 might have been their last hurrah, but in 1972, this band was at the top of their game.

ON this date in 1975 - Rod Stewart and the Faces play their final show together.

The group's breakup was due to Stewart wanting to further his success with his solo career.

Actually, the Boyz and I saw Rod and the Faces at the Boston Garden in '72, the same summer we saw the Stones there too w/ Stevie Wonder opening up for them.

I had to break it to him, while he was consoled by Mr. Purple, that facts, unchecked, have a way of getting away from, well, the facts.

Mr. P now looked confused, I let it sit with him, confusion spurs learning, blind faith leads to ruin...

ON this date in 1892 - In celebration of the 400th anniversary of the Columbus landing the original version of the Pledge of Allegiance was first recited in public schools.

Reading this, Bun Man darted his eyes toward me and said, "Wait a minute, all these Right Wing Zagnuts keep telling me this all started with the Constitution, is that not correct?"

Friday puzzle

There are three playing cards face up on a table.

A heart is to the left of a spade.
A nine is to the left of a heart.
A seven is to the right of a queen.
A diamond is to the left of a spade.

What are the cards (suit + value)?

I'd buy Tesla stock if their Robotics division turned Elon into one instead of this impregnating bastard.

Who goes to HY-VEE grocery stores?

Apparently, a recent poll says they are the Shit in the grocery business.
