KD: I was pushing myself and I went too far and I took a spill. Mikster has me in training timeout for my own good.

Oh no Ken, are you OK? 😟 What were you doing, biking? I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm a little scared of bikes, TBH. Minimac #2 had a bad bike accident, thankfully was wearing a helmet and only has a scar.
