@Madken65 anecdata: Ordered the (union made) Biden campaign coffee mugs. They arrived shattered (thanks, DeJoy!). Let the campaign know, thought that was that.
Next day a message from the (unionized) fulfillment shop: they revised the packaging to withstand USPS and shipped replacements.
