Looking at this pic again, I'm struck by Dixiee's pose and how she is essentially telling the Mikster, the photographer here, Daddy is mine...You can borrow him from time to time, but he is mine.
The Mikster says she's ready for another dog, I'm not. Dixiee took my heart.

How do you feel about going and meeting a few pups with Mikster, just to see what it feels like? Nobody can replace Dixiee, but it might be nice to meet a new friend?
