So, hey. How's that web version of Threads coming along? I mean, an outfit like Meta, with its thousands of coders, should have been able to knock that out in a couple of weeks...
@kel Heh. Threads will not have a long half-life.
@LiberalLibrarian Presumably they're reluctant to give up forcing the data-hoovering app on people.
But if the user numbers continue to drop as they've been doing, they'll probably relent and offer a web version.
@LiberalLibrarian Meta can't exploit your phone as a data siphon and sensor array if you're using Threads via a webpage.
