All the children have been successfully retrieved. The older three enjoyed their Japan adventure and want to take us back sometime.

For now: showers and bedtime.

The kids' bus is on the way. My beta readers all like the new #ChristmasCryptid manuscript. I get to go to bed at a reasonable time tonight.

I am actually going to survive June.

Someone asked where to get good bossam near here and my brain immediately veered toward to the Joseon Era practice of kidnapping widows. They almost certainly meant the lettuce-wrapped meal and not the stolen widows but... here we are.
