@DJNoneYa I haven’t seen the pleadings, but I’m concerned about what’s being taught in law school if his attorneys think that by stipulating their client made the statements and that such statements are defamatory that gets him to the part of the litigation wherein he can file a motion to dismiss? Perhaps summary judgment for tithe plaintiffs. Also don’t get the gibberish about “for the purposes of this litigation only.” Seriously, something’s wrong with my reading comprehension or this is nuts.
