Anyhow, new restaurant down the road makes a dessert thing with tortillas that like a s'more. Haven't tried it yet, but they look good! Chocolate, mini marshmallows, and Graham cereal.

At Fiesta in San Antonio, the longest food line was for seemed like an army of abuelas making fresh tortillas in large iron pots. Served hot with butter.
Skeptical till I had one, then got back in line for more.
Butter, just butter, and tortilla. Worlds different than the bland tortillas you get from fast food places like Del Taco.
