@Kurtroedeger When I was a little kid, my mom's best friend, who was from the highly elegant and refined state of New Jersey and therefore knew about things like caviar, used to make this really tasty appetizer comprised of egg salad shaped into a half-sphere and enrobed in black caviar. I was allowed to try it and it was really tasty. 😋 Fun times. We were fancy.
