Pineapple ferments well.
@tyghebright I have three brands to try right now. This was a good one.
I love Tepache, which isn't really booze. It's about as alcoholic as kombucha (around 2%). But since I discovered it, it's my favorite refreshing beverage.
This is my favorite brand. More pineapple-y than others I've tried.
Have you tried Ace pineapple? Sweet and pineappley.

I've had that multiple times so I skipped it when grabbing these. The one from earlier tonight was a bit more pineapple-y than ace. 🤤🤤
