Sweet Vidalia onion baked with butter, garlic, bacon, and smokey chipotle bullion. Then the toast fingers has smoked cheddar on it melted yum under the broiler.
The sweet onion is not as strong a flavor as most onions, and then baked like that brings it down a ton. You definitely know you're eating onion, but it's not overpowering and melds with the other flavors.
That's easy to omit.

It added a little flavor, but was just a side note, not a main note.
I am debating making a few more slices of the cheese toast though 🤤
@Kurtroedeger Oh I love Vidalia onions, it's the bacon part I can't eat 🙁
