Whether Khelif is due damages for being called transsexual depends on how negatively people will view her if they believe she's transsexual.
And it's JK Rowling's incessant transphobia that has helped keep that negative view alive.

@AlphaCentauri @Kinnison I think that carries forward an invalid interpretation of the conflict. The offense to Khelif wasn't being called transgender. It was implying that she was cheating and had not earned her position to compete in the Olympics.
