If you want to know how much of a sharm this Fani willis hearing is. Attorney Merchant on behalf of Mike Roman tried to dox Fani Willis’s ex-boyfriend’s former law partner.

She was trying to read his cell phone number into the record. Judge McAfee was able to stop her before she read the last 4 numbers

they already shared Fani Willis' former address

And I have yet to see any evidence on how this relationship affects the case

Attorney Wade said that he found out that his ex wife’s attorneys were colluding with Trump attorneys under oath!

Trump lawyers thought they had some good dirt on Fani Willis. and ran with it. Fani Wills will prevail on this issue. It is a huge nothing burger in an attempt to smear DA Willis

Follow

Fulton County judge Scott McAfee rules there’s no crime-fraud exception to force Terrance Bradley — ex lawyer for Nathan Wade for divorce process — to testify about his texts suggesting Willis-Wade romance started before Wade was hired on the Trump RICO case

this is over. There is nothing. They are fishing for something to catch them with Pujury and there are no fish

More nothing burgers. They based thier complaint of Willis and Wade on Rumors and speculation it was bad. Meanwhile they were able to embarrass them by revealing details of thier private lives and doxxing them

I see sanctions Merchant for this waste of time

Apparently Judge McAfee delayed his ruling to make sure he had proper security due to the numerous death threats

Looks like conservatives found another way to help trump and delay trials

The Georgia Court of Appeals will take up Trump’s immediate appeal of lower court order that declined to disqualify Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis

@Kinnison Judges must reeeeeealy love this sort of time wasting inquiry. Not.

@Kinnison
Lawyer: "Perhaps you were just lying?"
Witness: "I don't know if speculating is lying..."

Narrator: "But in fact, that wasn't what the witness did, true: he speculated, but then he took the extra step of repeating his speculation verbally, to other individuals, and the contents of his speculation amounted to a material misrepresentation of facts related to two other individuals...which by definition is, in fact, lying."

@Usama_Backhair @Kinnison

If someone represents their speculation or opinion as fact, then they're lying.

@tyghebright
Yup.
100%.
People act like it's "harmless", "idle gossip", and pretty soon the lines blur and later on they're crafting an entirely alternate universe about someone else and destroying their lives...it most definitely is "lying".
