@Route10 @TheAbbotTrithemius To start with, the electors don't meet all in one place.
And the electoral votes are counted at a joint session of Congress; how would Biden stop that?
It will take a constitutional amendment to rid us of the Electoral College. That requires approval of 3/4th of the state legislatures. So, roll up your sleeves and get to work electing members of your state legislature who will support this. There will not be an easy fix.
@KamloopsBob @TheAbbotTrithemius
I get it.
I'm just saying -- based on the RepubliQan desire for a monarch-type president -- Biden could always beat them at their own game, no?
OR -- in the event of a Trump win (HOPEFULLY UNLIKELY NOW) -- have Kamala refuse to certify the vote -- just like they wanted Pence to do. Force their hand. Have them force it to go to SCOTUS. I wonder how'd they'd rule (cuz if Pence had done it, they would have supported his move, don't you think?)
