I found the analogy I'm going to use from now on.
Twitter is the public square, where everyone can get a soapbox and yell at the crowds who are just milling around aimlessly.
CoSo is the neighborhood bar, where, whether you enjoying a Bud, a bud, or milk, you're welcome and the crowd is friendly. A 100 conversations going on around the room. Lots of laughing, a few very serious discussions, these are your people. And a whole bunch of us are pointing and laughing at all the birds.

To cancel an absentee ballot in Georgia and vote in person:

- If you have the ballot, bring it with you. The check-in clerk will "spoil" the paper ballot and allow you to vote on the machine.

- If you DO NOT have the ballot, either because you never received it or because you mailed it but the elections office never received it, the poll manager will call to confirm that you haven't voted, and then allow you to vote on the machine after you sign an affidavit.
